All year I've been writing about Fat Tire Bike Tours and our quest to complete their Junkies Challenge by participating in bike tours in all four cities: Berlin, Paris, Barcelona, and London. Last week we took our t-shirt-making ride: the
Royal London Bike Tour.
London is too big for a single comprehensive bike tour to cover in just four hours, so Fat Tire offers the Royal tour (Kensington Palace, Buckingham Palace, the Royal parks, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Hyde Park Corner, Princess Di memorial, King Albert Memorial, etc.) or the River Thames tour (Big Ben, Parliament, Tower Bridge, Borough Market, London Eye, Tower of London, Shakespeare's Globe, St. Paul's). We'd already covered the Thames tour on our own and (bonus!) the Royal Tour had an afternoon departure time. Sold!
Here are our favorite pictures from a gorgeous, summer afternoon riding through London parks.

That's right: I'm wearing SHORTS! In London! (Please excuse my sadly white legs) |
